Monthly Subscription
Your Snail Mail Club subscription renews automatically each month.

Cancellation Window
You may cancel your subscription anytime before the 1st of the month to avoid being charged for the upcoming letter. Cancellations made on or after the 1st will apply to the next month, as your letter will already be prepared for mailing.

How to Cancel
You can cancel directly through your account at any time. 

Refunds
We do not offer refunds for letters that have already been processed or mailed.
