Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time before the first of the month to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment. After that date, your next letter will already be prepared and cannot be refunded.
Refunds
Due to the nature of our subscription, we do not offer refunds for delivered letters.
Lost or Damaged Mail
Please allow for a full 2 weeks for deliver via USPS. If 14 days have past without a letter, please contact us. We’ll be happy to send a replacement. For damaged mail, please send proof of damage via email.
Returns
We do not accept returns for subscription letters.
